In der Bevölkerung spricht man von der Zuckerkrankheit. Wie der Name schon sagt, handelt es sich dabei um eine Störung des Zuckerstoffwechsels. Ist der Blutzuckerspiegel dauerhaft erhöht kann diese nach einer Zeit Gefäße und Organe schädigen.
Es gibt drei Arten von Diabetes:
- Diabetes Typ I
- Diabetes TypII
- Gestationsdiabetes
Bei allen 3 Typen des Diabetes ist eine Ernährungsumstellung dringend notwendig!
Bei allem was ich gerne mache, ist Essen ein Zentraler Punkt.
